Jesus
Liverpool Cathedral
The Anglican Cathedral at Liverpool could be easily mistaken for an
ancient artefact. Its thick pillars disguise any technical advances
that could have given us huge windows, and something that could have
taken the english cathedral much further. Instead the Anglican resembles
a giant power station of faith, or a red phone box depending on your
point of view. There are luckily a few reminders that this is a modern
building. Jesus, sitting above the west door is one of them.
